Congratulations Brookview Station Winery!

Brookview Station Winery at Goold Orchards strikes gold again! The 24th Annual Florida International Wine Competition was held February 9-11, 2012. With over 1,000 wines entered into the competition, “The Conductor’s Cassis” produced and bottled in Rensselaer County, took home the gold medal. Brookview Station Winery didn’t stop there, they also took home 2 bronze medals for their Whistle Stop White Apple Wine and “Sunset Charlie”.

Brookview Station Winery uses fruits from their home farm, Goold Orchards as well as locally grown Hudson Valley fruits, to produce dozens of tasty wines.

The medals given to “The Conductor’s Cassis”, “Sunset Charlie”, and Whistle Stop White Apple Wine, are only a few of their award winning wines produced over the years.

To celebrate the medal wins, Brookview Station and the Miller Family will be hosting a free wine tasting of the award winning wines this Saturday, February 18th from Noon-4pm in the tasting room at Goold Orchards, Schodack NY. Don’t miss out on a chance to taste the gold medal wine!

Once again, congratulations to Brookview Station Winery at Goold Orchards! To learn more about the winery and view the extensive list of awards, check their website out here!
